Cheesy and Yummy Pizza! Amazing Veg Pizza Recipe

WHAT YOU NEED

  • ½ cup warm water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp dry yeast
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • Salt according to taste
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Water, as required to knead

For Toppings

  • 3 tbsp Foodip Pizza Pasta Sauce
  • 5 mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 6 tbsp onions
  • ½ cup capsicum
  • 9 pickled jalapenos
  • ¼ cup olives
  • ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup tbsp oregano/ mixed herbs/ Italian seasonings
  • Salt according to taste
  • Black pepper

For Servings

  • Foodip Tomato Sauce
  • Or Foodip Red Chilli / Green Chilli Sauce if you prefer chilly delights

MAKE IT

Prep work
  • In a large mixing bowl, take warm water, add sugar and dry yeast. Give it a quick mix
  • Now, add all purpose flour, salt and olive oil
  • Prepare its dough; you may add more olive oil to make it moister
Pizza Baking Recipe
  • Place the dough on a tray.
  • Flatten the dough by stretching it with both hands.
  • Prick the dough with the help of a fork.
  • Furthermore, spread Foodip Pizza Pasta sauce generously leaving the sides slightly.
  • Top the base with veggies
  • Add grated Mozzarella cheese
  • Sprinkle Oregano or Italian seasonings/Mixed herbs
  • Add salt and black pepper
  • Bake it at 500 degrees Fahrenheit for about 12 – 15 minutes
  • Finally, serve hot Pizza with Foodip Tomato Sauce
  • Or with Foodip Green Chilli Sauce/Red Chilli Sauce if you crave for spices
