WHAT YOU NEED
- ½ cup warm water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp dry yeast
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- Salt according to taste
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Water, as required to knead
For Toppings
- 3 tbsp Foodip Pizza Pasta Sauce
- 5 mushrooms thinly sliced
- 6 tbsp onions
- ½ cup capsicum
- 9 pickled jalapenos
- ¼ cup olives
- ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup tbsp oregano/ mixed herbs/ Italian seasonings
- Salt according to taste
- Black pepper
For Servings
- Foodip Tomato Sauce
- Or Foodip Red Chilli / Green Chilli Sauce if you prefer chilly delights
MAKE IT
Prep work
- In a large mixing bowl, take warm water, add sugar and dry yeast. Give it a quick mix
- Now, add all purpose flour, salt and olive oil
- Prepare its dough; you may add more olive oil to make it moister
Pizza Baking Recipe
- Place the dough on a tray.
- Flatten the dough by stretching it with both hands.
- Prick the dough with the help of a fork.
- Furthermore, spread Foodip Pizza Pasta sauce generously leaving the sides slightly.
- Top the base with veggies
- Add grated Mozzarella cheese
- Sprinkle Oregano or Italian seasonings/Mixed herbs
- Add salt and black pepper
- Bake it at 500 degrees Fahrenheit for about 12 – 15 minutes
- Finally, serve hot Pizza with Foodip Tomato Sauce
- Or with Foodip Green Chilli Sauce/Red Chilli Sauce if you crave for spices
