Saucy and Sassy Chicken Noodles Recipe! How to Make Quick Delicious Noodles!

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 2 Packets noodles
  • 200gm boneless chicken
  • Salt according to taste
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 to 3 green chillies
  • 1 small onion sliced or 2 to 3 tbsp spring onion whites
  • 3 cups mixed veggies
  • ½ tbsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Foodip Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Foodip Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Foodip Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Foodip Green Chilli Sauce
  • Paprika and mint leaves to garnish

MAKE IT

Noodles Cooking
  • Bring 5 cups water to rolling boil
  • Add the noodles and cook them without making them mushy
  • Drain to a colander
  • Rinse them well under running cold water
  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp oil and then spread the noodles to prevent them from being sticky
  • Cut the veggies
Make NON-Veg Noodles
  • Take a pan, add oil and keep it at high flame
  • Sauté garlic and green chillies for a minute
  • Sauté onions for a minute
  • Further add spring onion whites too
  • Add the chicken and sauté it on a medium flame until it is cooked completely
  • Add carrot, bell pepper and cabbage
  • Toss & sauté 2 or 3 minutes, until they are half done, yet crunchy
  • Pour Foodip Soya Sauce, Foodip Vinegar, Foodip Red Chilli Sauce and Foodip Green Chilli Sauce
  • Add cooked noodles, pepper and salt
  • Toss and stir for two minutes
  • Garnish it with paprika and mint leaves
  • Serve vegetable noodles hot and warm
