  • White or brown bread
  • 1 cup of finely cut veggies: tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, jalapenos, mint, or coriander

The steps to follow for making a tikka sandwich

1. Prepare the paneer or chicken tikka

Dice the paneer or chicken into small pieces so that it can fit perfectly inside sandwiches. Now, rub dry tikka masala and salt on the paneer/chicken. Heat the pan up and put some oil or butter on it. Put in the paneer or chicken pieces and cook them.

2. Prepare the veggies

Put all the finely chopped vegetables into a bowl and add some salt, ketchup, and tandoori mayonnaise.  One can buy tandoori mayonnaise or can add tandoori powder, red chili powder, garlic powder, and some ketchup to make home-based mayonnaise. 4. Prep the sandwich
