WHAT YOU NEED
- Sunflower oil for cooking
- 4 Panini Breads
- 4 tbsp butter
- 400 grams Cottage Cheese
Spices
- 5 cloves of Garlic
- 2 tbsp Kasuri methi
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- Salt according to taste
Vegetables
- Iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 2 onions, thinly sliced into rings
- 2 Tomatoes, thinly sliced into rounds
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced into rounds
- ¼ cup pickled Jalapenos, cut into rounds
Dressing
- ¾ cup Foodip Tandoori Mayonnaise sauce
- ¼ cup curd
- Serve with Veg Mayonanise / Tandoori Mayonnaise sauce
- Momo sauce if you have spicy tooth
MAKE IT
Prep Work
- Chop all the veggies
- Cut cottage cheese into cubes
- Now, take a bowl of curd and add grated garlic
- Further, add salt, red chilli powder and kasuri methi
Make Paneer Tikkas
- Cut paneer into cubes
- Coat them with marinated curd
- Cover and set aside for 20 minutes
Make Mayo Paneer
- Heat 1 tbsp sunflower oil in a pan
- Add the Foodip Tandoori Mayonnaise. With the heat on low, toss the marinated paneer cubes
- Once it is cooked and lightly roasted, turn off the heat and keep the roasted tandoori paneer cubes aside.
Time to Make Sub Sandwich
- Slit the panini breads into half
- Apply a little butter on the outer sides
- Toast it either in the oven at 180 degree C for about 4 minutes.
- Lay the toasted bread on a flat surface.
- Cut cucumber & tomato into slices
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper on it.
- Place a few shredded lettuce leaves over it.
- Next place the tandoori mayo paneer tikka filling, place a few jalapeno pieces and ringed onions on the top.
- Finally drizzle a tablespoon of Foodip Tandoori Mayonnaise on the top and press the Sub Sandwich.
- Serve with Veg Mayonanise / Tandoori Mayonnaise sauce
- Go for Momo sauce if you have spicy tooth
- Healthy and flavorsome breakfast is ready to be served on table
